Payment and Delivery
We deliver within 24 hours on weekdays, but during holiday (two weeks in summer and two weeks around New Year), it may take longer. If your delivery is urgent and around these times, please write a comment about this when ordering. We reserve the right to delete non-deliverable to be from your order with price less the same.

Complaints and withdrawal
If you have received a damaged product, or if we sent the wrong item, you must complain the goods promptly, and within one week of receipt. The product must be returned unused and in its packaging and Klinta stand for shipping. If you wish to replace or change your mind, you must do so within 14 days of receipt. We ask that you return the unused product in its packaging. Then you pay the customer the freight. Always contact Klinta before you return, for whatever reason, on 0413 33439 or info@klintaco.se.
NOTE! Returns submitted without approved return or return number are not accepted.

Uncollected shipment
It is your responsibility to redeem the item at the delivery point within the time stated on the invoice. If
you can not receive the package on delivery, or do not pick up your
package at the delivery point, sent it back to us, and we may then
charge you a fair amount for shipping and administrative costs. Not paid the cost, given the requirement for debt collection.

Change of order
You can make changes to your order of stocked goods until the order is effected. If the amendment is approved, any price differences to be settled according to the price, valid at the time of change. Individuals have a right of withdrawal, see the "Right of withdrawal".

Cancellation
A cancellation is not valid until you receive confirmation from us. You can cancel your order at no cost to you until the order is effected. Individuals have a right of withdrawal, see the "Complaints and Return Policy".

Generally
For you, as a private person, the Distance Contracts (see below for
withdrawal) and the Consumer, which has strict rules, which means that
the law applies even though you have agreed otherwise.

We comply with the Privacy Act (PUL). When you, as a private person, registered and placed your order, you agree that we store and use your personal information in our business to best
be able to fully bring our commitments to you. We protect your information according to PUL, and you have a right to access the data and to have them deleted if you so wish.

Ordering
If you are under 18 must have parental permission. Such authorization may be given by a parent sends their express consent to us by e-mail. All false orders tracked and reported to the police, and we suffered economic damage, we will claim damages.

Force majeure
Both parties shall be exempt from the fulfillment of the contract if performance is prevented or materially adversely affected by
circumstances that the party could not reasonably control or predict. These and similar circumstances shall constitute grounds for relief where
they prevent or impede contract performance: fire, war, mobilization, requisition, confiscation, currency restrictions, general shortage,
shortage of transport, strikes, lockouts, power cuts, restrictions in terms of power and defects or delays in deliveries from suppliers arising in such circumstance
referred to in this paragraph, or other circumstances outside the party's control, which either prevents or hinders party performance to
such an extent that it can not be other than the abnormally high cost.

Dispute
General Reklamationsnämnden (ARN) provides a free method which individuals can use in case of disputes. It is our policy to always follow ARN's recommendations. Disputes between companies is decided by the courts.

Policy
The personal information you provide to us will not be forwarded, sold, exchanged or shared with other companies, organizations or
individuals without your consent. Our only purpose of collecting and saving information is to provide you with optimum service.
