In the event of a shipment being returned by the carrier because you did not pick up your order on time despite email and/or SMS messages and reminders, you as the customer are responsible for all shipping costs incurred from the purchase.
Always contact Klinta before returning, regardless of the reason, on 0413 33439 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
ATTENTION! Returns that come to us without an approved return permit or complaint number are not accepted.
It is your responsibility to redeem the shipment at the delivery point within the time stated on the receipt. If you are unable to receive the package upon delivery, or do not collect your package at the delivery location, it will be sent back to us, and we may then charge you a reasonable amount for shipping and administrative costs. If this cost is not paid, the claim is submitted to debt collection.
